A well-known name in the international festival circuits, Captain Rahul Bali is the Curator of Indian Film Festival Worldwide IFFW and has been doing tremendous work curating cultures globally that immensely help strengthen the bilateral relations between nations.

Producer of the historic first ever India Vietnam film called Love in Vietnam starring Raj Babbar, Shantanu Maheshwari, Avneet Kaur, Gulshan Grover, Farida Jalal and Vietnamese superstar Kha Ngan, Captain Rahul Bali believes that Cultural Cooperation always leads to Commercial Cooperation.

An alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy Khadakwasla and the Indian Military Academy Dehradun, Captain Rahul Sudesh Bali is the founder Managing Director of Innovations India an integrated marketing solutions and brand management company that has grown from a small creative unit to a multinational identity with a global presence.

His journey from guns to glamour has been a complete joy ride as he firmly believes that one crowded moment of glorious life is worth an age without a name. Apart from making films and curating cultures across the globe via Film Festivals, Captain Bali is also the Curator & Chief Architect of the Indirica Festival which is an honest and ambitious initiative aimed at creating synergies and opening new opportunities to connect India with Africa. The Indirica Festival is a catalyst in accelerating the efforts towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals via cultural exchanges boosting the south – south cooperation between India and Africa while spreading the fragrance of India.
