He believes Cultural Cooperation always leads to Commercial Cooperation and Festivals are the best means to achieve cultural cooperation between India and the world.
An alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy Khadakwasla and the Indian Military Academy Dehradun, Captain Rahul Sudesh Bali is the founder Managing Director of Innovations India an integrated marketing solutions and brand management company that has grown from a small creative unit to a multinational identity with a global presence.
His journey from guns to glamour has been a complete joy ride as he firmly believes that one crowded moment of glorious life is worth an age without a name. Apart from curating cultures across the globe via Film Festivals, Captain Bali is also the Curator & Chief Architect of the Indirica Festival which is an honest and ambitious initiative aimed at creating synergies and opening new opportunities to connect India with Africa. The Indirica Festival is a catalyst in accelerating the efforts towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals via cultural exchanges boosting the south – south cooperation between India and Africa while spreading the fragrance of India.
